All reservations require the following information: date, start time, end time, food service time, a point of contact, phone & fax numbers, mailing address and number of guests.
Please make us aware of any special requests, such as room set-up, dietary requirements, specific signage, accessibility issues, etc.....
Selections may be made from one of our party packages or one of our party coordinators can help you customize your own.
We reserve the right to ask your guests to leave the premises at any time, if we determine that their behavior is inapppropriate, dangerous, disruptive or destructive. We reserve the right to shut down your party/function in the event that your group fails to cooperate with our establishments requests. A refund would not be given. The party host/contact is responsible for all damages (if any) during your function.
Disc Jockeys are available. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a D.J. The hourly rate is determined based on date, time and length of your function.
REFUNDABLE CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE NOTIFICATION IN EXCESS OF 72 HOURS.
Forms of Payment: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. Personal checks are NOT accepted.
An 18% Gratuity (applicable on all food & beverage items) may be added to your check on all groups of six or more unless otherwise indicated as included. Gratuity is applicable on seperate checks.
